Clubhouse Renovation Update: Great News! The Drawings for the Lobby/Mezz Restoration Project have been Approved, and we have obtained the Permit from Treasure Island.

The Approved Drawings have been uploaded to our website.

Construction will begin with Demolition of the existing Lobby Restroom on Tuesday 6/30-Wednesday 7/1. We anticipate keeping the Mezz GYM Open the majority of the time.

Online Payment Setup/Location: Owners now have the ability to pay their dues online! There is a small fee for bank account payments at this time. The payments option is located in the upper right corner of the website. Click the bell, upper right corner.

Visitor Notification: Owners should complete the Visitor Notification form located in the Pages section of the website when they have visitors staying in their units. Include the guests’ names and dates of stay. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our community.

Contractor Notification: Owners should fill out the St. James Remodeling Contract form located in the Community Forms section of the website before starting any remodeling projects.

Grilling Area: Clean the grill after each use. Return tables and chairs back into an orderly arrangement.

Pool Deck: Return loungers, chairs, and umbrellas to their original positions after use.

Bikes in the Hallway and Community Room: No bikes are allowed in the hallways and the Community Room. A bike rack is available outside the community room with several open spaces. A $25 bike permit fee is required.
